Damien recently replaced a hip roof on a house – fully stripped re-felted and battened, installed new tiles and ridge. He did an excellent job for a reasonable price. I cannot praise him enough – he is very good. I would 100% recommend him. I have used him a couple of times and will definitely continue to do so.
Fit vent in attic to outside

I hired Damien to fit a vent from my bathroom through attic to the outside wall in May. I was extremely pleased with his work and his prompt response to my ad as i needed the work done quickly.

Two roof leaking jobs

We have only positive things to say about Close Building Maintenance. Damien called us promptly, turned up when he said he would, and quoted fair prices for the work we needed done. Because our two jobs were leaks and the weather was awful, he came and did the work within a few days. He was very helpful, positive and thoughtful. He took away all of the rubbish from the work, the work was completed to a very high standard and according to the estimates he gave us. Fix a leaking roof

Damien came out a couple of weeks ago to fix some leaks I had on my garage roof. I had no problems with Damien at all. He turned up when he said he would and fair play to him, he gave me a price and he stuck to it. He was good as gold, he didn’t leave any mess lying around. He came in and got on with the job and fixed the problem. That’s all I was bothered about. He’s a nice guy is Damien, very easy to get on with. I’d 100% use him again and recommend him to anyone.
